Hyper reality
The layers between reality, truth, simulation and fantasy inspired Robbie Cooper to document people and their digital personas who play global virtual games in his Alter Ego series. He traveled from Korea, USA, France to China capturing people and their avatars and the worlds they inhabit. His book called Alter Ego: Avatars and their Creators is available here.
